The licensing and conduct of games of chance
known as bingo are hereby authorized and permitted on the first day
of the week, commonly known as Sunday, in accordance with N.J.S.A.
5:8-31 and applicable to state and municipal rules and regulations.

In accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:47-4.10, all
qualified applicants will be exempt from a municipal fee for the
conduct of games of chance known as "bingo" or "raffles."
