[HISTORY: Adopted by the Legislature of the

This chapter shall be titled "Investment Plan
Authorization."
The Menominee Tribal Legislature is empowered
by the Menominee Constitution and Bylaws to enact ordinances concerning
the appropriation or transfer of money.
The purpose of this chapter is to provide for
the investing of tribal monies for profit to the Tribe.

The Budget and Finance Committee and the Insurance
Manager are hereby authorized to explore, review, and recommend investments
of tribal monies, subject to the approval of the Tribal Legislature
by resolution.
