Now, therefore, pursuant to the authority conferred
by the provisions of § 20, Subdivision 6, of the Town Law
of the State of New York, be it resolved, that effective January 1,
1972 and thereafter, the office of Town Superintendent of Highways
in the Town shall be an appointive office.
