A. 
The Joint Action Ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of Bayfield County providing for a county-municipal joint action emergency government plan of organization, adopted by said County Board on April 18, 1972, and any subsequent amendments thereto, is hereby ratified and accepted by the City of Bayfield, County of Bayfield. A copy of said county ordinance is on file with the City Clerk and is made a part herein by reference.[1]

B. 
This ratification and acceptance of the Joint Action Ordinance shall constitute a mutual agreement between the City of Bayfield and the County of Bayfield as provided by Section 2 of the Joint Action Ordinance.
The County-Municipal Emergency Government Coordinator, appointed and employed by the Bayfield County Board as provided in the referred-to ordinance, is hereby designated and appointed Emergency Government Coordinator for the City of Bayfield, subject to the conditions and provisions as set forth in the Wisconsin Statutes and the Bayfield County Joint Action Ordinance.
