This chapter shall be known as the "Specification
Ordinance of Maidencreek Township Regulating New Streets, Curbs, Sidewalks,
Driveways, Street Excavations, and Overhead Lighting of 1998."
All new streets, curbs, sidewalks, driveways,
street excavations and overhead lighting shall and must be constructed
in conformance to and in accordance with the drawings and specifications
which are attached hereto and incorporated herein as entitled, "Specifications
for Maidencreek Township Regulating New Streets, Curbs, Sidewalks,
Driveways, Street Excavations, and Overhead Lighting."[1]

Any person or persons, partnership or partnerships, association or associations, corporation or corporations, or other entities, who violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined and penalized for said violations accordance with Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, General Penalty, of the Code of the Township of Maidencreek. In addition, the Township reserve the right to pursue any and all additional enforcement procedures, including, but not limited to, actions in equity or in law relative to any violation pertaining to the specific regulations of this chapter.
