The City of Linwood hereby establishes a requirement
that any person applying for representation by the Municipal Public
Defender with respect to charges before the Linwood Municipal Court
must pay an application fee in the amount of $200.
The Municipal Court of the City of Linwood acting
through or by the Municipal Court Clerk or her designee may waive
or reduce the required application fee, in whole or in part, if the
Court shall determine, in its sole discretion, that the application
fee represents an unreasonable economic burden on the person seeking
representation.
