No open burning shall be permitted in the City
of Linwood except as provided in the Uniform Fire Code State of New
Jersey. Any person requesting to open burn must first comply with
the general Forest Fire Prevention and Control Act (N.J.S.A. 13:9-44.1
et seq.). Permits shall be issued by the Fire Official of the local
enforcing agency upon compliance with the Uniform Fire Code.
