The Office of Emergency Management shall be constituted and appointed and have such functions, powers and duties as provided by law.
The Emergency Management Coordinator shall be the head of the Office of Emergency Management and shall be appointed by the Township Administrator with the advice and consent of the Township Committee.
The duties and functions of the Emergency Management Coordinator shall be those prescribed by law and regulations.
