from one regulated parking space to another regulated parking space
which is in close proximity to or in the general area of the original
parking space that it is for the purpose to avoid the established
parking time limit. This provision is directed at preventing what
is commonly termed "feeding the meter" at spaces which are regulate
by meters or "car jockeying" at spaces regulated by other means and
is enacted to provide for the convenience of legal turnover of regulated
parking spaces.
