No person shall break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment that is part of a private or public sewer system.
The Director, Health Officer and other duly authorized officers and employees of the Township, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurements, sampling and testing.
A. 
Any person who violates any violates any provision of this chapter shall be served by the Township with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
B. 
Any person who continues any violation beyond the time limit provided for in said notice described in Subsection A of this section shall be subject to such penalties as are provided for in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be liable to the Township for any expense, loss or damage incurred by the Township by reason of such violation.
