There shall be a Conservation Commission composed
of seven (7) members appointed by the Council. Its powers, duties
and responsibilities shall be provided by ordinance. This Commission
shall serve as an advisory body to the Council, Planning Commission
and other boards or commissions who may seek its advice on the conservation,
preservation and development of the town's natural resources.
