[Amended 11-5-1996]
There shall be a Zoning Board of Review consisting
of five (5) members and three (3) alternate members, all appointed
by the Council. Each member shall be appointed for a term of five
(5) years, except that the original appointments shall be made for
terms of one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4) and five (5) years
respectively. The alternate members shall be appointed for terms of
one (1) year. If a vacancy on the Board should occur, the Council
shall appoint one (1) of the alternates as a member for the unexpired
term.
