No person shall keep or permit to be kept farm animals, swine,
goats, cows, horses, sheep or snakes, poisonous or nonpoisonous, on
his/her premises within the limits of the Village of Brockport.

A violation of this article shall constitute an offense punishable
by a fine of no less than $100 but not exceeding $250.
This article shall take effect immediately.
