Editor's Note: This local law superseded former Ch. 58,
Water Use, adopted as follows: Art. I, 5-4-1914 by the Board of Water
Commissioners, approved 5-4-1914 by the Board of Trustees; Art. II,
10-7-1957 by the Board of Water Commissioners.
Rates, rules and regulations shall be established by the Board
of Water Commissioners, Village of Brockport.
Local Law No. 6 of the year 1983 shall become effective upon
filing with the Secretary of State of the State of New York.
