It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to sell, offer for sale or expose for sale or have in his, her or its possession, with intent to sell, use, discharge or cause to be discharged, ignited, fired or otherwise set in action, within the limits of the Borough of Mount Gretna, any fireworks, firecrackers, sparklers, cannons using gunpowder for ignition or other pyrotechnics, except in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.

Upon judgment against any person by summary conviction, or by proceedings by summons on default of the payment of the fine or penalty imposed and the costs, the defendant may be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30 days.
