Any homeowner connected to the Village of Superior sewer system will be charged a late penalty charge in accordance with § 315-34 of this chapter if delinquent in paying sewer charges that are placed on the tax roll as a special assessment.
Notices will be sent in October notifying homeowners
that they are delinquent and the amount.
