A. 
It shall be unlawful to operate any commercial vehicle on the following Village streets when the gross weight of the vehicle exceeds 11 tons: Adams Street, Brockway Place, Centennial Avenue, Chappell Street, Coleman Creek Road, Erie Street, Fayette Street, Gordon Street, High Street, Park Avenue, South Street, Spring Street and Oxford Street; except that such vehicles may be driven on these streets, for not more than the minimum distance necessary, for the purposes of making deliveries or picking up deliveries on properties situate on the specific streets.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $250 for each offense. The maximum fine for the first offense shall not be more than $100.
