Editor's Note: This local law was submitted
to mandatory referendum and approved by a majority at the general
election held on 11-4-2008.
Pursuant to Chapter 439 of the Laws of New York,
2008, there is hereby created a reserve fund to be known as the "Host
Benefit Agreement Reserve Fund." Said reserve fund shall be fund,
administered, expended, and otherwise regulated in accordance with
the provisions of § 1 of the Chapter 439 of the Laws of
New York, 2008.
This article shall be entitled "Creation of
the Host Benefit Agreement Reserved Fund under Chapter 439 of the
Laws of New York, 2008."
