A.
The City
of Beacon hereby opts into the Cold War veterans exemption for such
veterans residing in the City of Beacon as provided by § 458-b
of the New York State Real Property Tax Law.
B.
The exemption provided under this article shall be effective for
as long as a qualified owner of qualified residential real property
remains a qualified owner thereof.
