§ 31-1 Membership.

[Amended 8-19-2014 by Ord. No. 3-2014]

The membership of the Planning Commission is hereby increased from three to five members.

§ 31-2 Responsibilities and functions.

The Harveys Lake Borough Planning Commission shall be vested with the responsibilities and functions as set forth in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247, as amended.[1]
