Editor's Note: Former Ch. 42, Subdivision of Land, which referenced
the Borough's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance adopted 1-17-1991,
as amended, was repealed 2-19-2002 by Ord. No. 1-2002. Said ordinance
rescinded the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance pursuant
to the authority vested in Harveys Lake Borough Council by Section
202 of the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code (53 P.S. § 10202).
