Every owner or operator of a bowling alley shall pay to the City an annual license fee of $5 for each alley, up to a maximum of $350 per establishment, for each year or fraction thereof during which the alley shall be in use, the annual period to begin on the first Monday of July.
A. 
Applications for licenses to operate bowling alleys in the City shall be in writing and filed with the Clerk/Treasurer.
B. 
Each application shall provide the following information:
(1) 
The number of alleys for which a license is sought;
(2) 
The address of operation; and
(3) 
The names of the manager, operator and owner of the alleys.
Every room wherein any bowling alleys shall be kept for operation shall be closed and remain closed between the hours of 4:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. of each day.
No gaming or gambling by any means or device, nor any game of chance, shall be permitted in any manner in the operation of bowling alleys.
