A.Â
Every owner, agent, or person in possession of every
building in the Town of Buchanan shall number such building in the
manner herein provided.
B.Â
Every home or other building assigned a number shall
display such number in a conspicuous place on such building. Each
figure of every number shall be not less than three inches in height
and so constructed as to be distinctly read.
