§ A128-2 Fee schedule established.

A. 
The following fee schedule is hereby adopted.
(1) 
Building permits: $40, plus $2.50 per thousand of construction over $2,000.
(2) 
Zoning permits: $40, plus $2.50 per thousand of construction over $2,000
(3) 
Demolition permits: $60.
(4) 
Inspection fees: 15% above inspection agency.
(5) 
Tool / tent sales: $125.
(6) 
Business occupancy permit: $50.
(7) 
Land development: $150, plus engineers' cost.
(8) 
Subdivision: $50 per lot.
(9) 
Major subdivision: $250 first lot; $15 for each additional lot; plus engineers' cost.
(10) 
Junkyard license, to be allocated for the type of activity conducted within the yard (recycling, scrap or salvage):

(a) 
One activity: $150.
(b) 
Any two activities: $225.
(c) 
All three activities: $300.
(11) 
Sewer tap: $500.
(12) 
Sewer surcharge: $8 per thousand gallons of usage.

Vacating alleys and streets: $350.

Variance from Zoning Hearing Board: $350.

Conditional use: $350.

Trailer park permits: $50 per year, plus $5 per trailer.

Road occupancy permits: $75.
(18) 
Driveway permits: $75.
(19) 
Timbering permits: $300.
(20) 
Mining permits: $400.
(21) 
On-lot sewer permits: $600.

Any violations of required permits will result in fees being doubled.

§ A128-3 Replacement or amendment of schedule.

This schedule may be replaced or amended at any time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
