The County's schedule of fees and rates for
road opening and storage permits shall be as follows:
A.
Fee for permit: $100.
B.
Opening of bituminous or concrete pavement on concrete
or bituminous stabilized base: $200 per square yard.
C.
Opening of earth shoulder: $100 each.
D.
Storage on right-of-way, first 15 days or portion
thereof: $100 each; for each month or portion thereof: $90.
E.
Skim patching of disturbed area: $150 per square yard.
The County Engineer, at his discretion, may
require a permittee to post a surety bond or cash bond to secure proper
restoration of County roads disturbed by such permittee.

The charge to a public utility company for a
County inspector to inspect work done by such public utility within
a County right-of-way shall be $100 per day or portion thereof.
The County application forms for road opening
and storage permits shall be amended to incorporate these changes.
