A filing and processing fee of $30 is hereby
established for bail bonds and recognizances that are submitted to
the Essex County Correctional Facility for filing and processing for
detainees confined under Municipal Court nonindictable charges, such
fee to be changed from time to time so as to be equal to the fee established
by the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey for the filing of
bail bonds and recognizances for Superior Court indictable offenses.
