The sale of cigarettes, cigars and any and all
tobacco products in vending machines in Essex County facilities and/or
premises is prohibited.
[Added 8-7-2003 by Ord. No. O-2003-00013]
Exempt from the ban against the sale of cigarettes,
cigars and any and all tobacco products in vending machines in Essex
County facilities and/or premises shall be both the Hospital Center
and Correctional Services.
