[Adopted 3-3-1930 as Ord. No. 54 (Ch. 64, Art. II, of the 1969 Code)]
All ball playing or the playing of any other games on the public streets or highways within the borough limits is hereby prohibited.
Coasting with sleds or other vehicles upon any of the public streets, avenues or highways within the borough limits is hereby prohibited.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation who or which violates any provision of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, article II, General Penalties.

Nothing in the article shall be construed as prohibiting the Borough Council, in its discretion, by appropriate resolution, from designating any street or streets within the borough limits upon which it shall be lawful to play games or coast with sleds or other vehicles without violating any of the sections of this article.
