A.
The Borough of Washington, Warren County, by its Mayor and Common
Council, believes there is a need to provide off-street provision
for handicapped persons to be able to park vehicles.
Map designations of handicapped off-street parking areas in
the Borough of Washington, Warren County, New Jersey, is attached
and made a part hereof.[1]

business hours.
This chapter shall become effective after Borough Council approval
and approval of the New Jersey State Department of Transportation,
N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1 et seq., and Senate Bill 378 (1983).

A.
Borough Hall shall have three spaces clearly marked for handicapped
parking on the westerly side of the Main Parking Lot adjacent to the
rear of the Municipal Building.
B.
Borough Park shall have a space clearly marked for handicapped parking
at the northerly side of Borough Park, adjacent to Lower Park Drive
in the parking area reserved for the park pavilion.
