§ 80-1 Schedule of fees.

The following schedule of fees is hereby established as follows:

A. Notary: $2.

B. Returned checks: $20. (The Certified Financial Officer may require future payment to be tendered in cash or by certified or cashier's check.)

C. Copies of Zoning Ordinance pamphlet: $25.

D. Borough Code book: $100.

E. Zoning.

(1) Zoning application: $20.

(2) Sign zoning application: $50.

F. Maps (8 1/2 inches by 14 inches):

(1) 911 Address Map: $3.

(2) Borough Map: $1.

(3) Zoning Map: $1.

(4) Tax Map: $1 per page.

G. Copies of birth, death or marriage certificates: $5.

H. Copies of audit: $25.

I. Copies of Borough Master Plan: $25.

J. Copies of Borough Redevelopment Plan: $25.

K. Duplicate tax bills: $5.

L. Written responses regarding tax payments: $5.
