Editor's Note: Section 2 of this ordinance provided as follows: "The Olden Avenue Redevelopment Plan adopted and established by this chapter is described and more fully set forth in the document entitled Olden Avenue Redevelopment Program, Ewing Township New Jersey, Redevelopment Plan, prepared by Schoor DePalma, Inc., as revised to May 13, 1999, and amended by resolution of the Township Council on August 10, 1999. Three copies of the Plan and amendment are on file in the office of the Township Clerk."

A program for the redevelopment of the Olden Avenue Area, as specifically defined and as more fully set forth in the Olden Avenue Redevelopment Program, Ewing Township, New Jersey, Redevelopment Plan, prepared by Schoor DePalma, Inc., and amended by ordinance dated August 12, 2014, prescribing criteria and standards for such redevelopment be and the same is hereby adopted by reference without inclusion of the full text herein; and, such plan shall constitute an overlay zoning district within the specifically designated redevelopment area.

A program for the redevelopment of the Parkway & Olden Avenue Area, as specifically defined and as more fully set forth in the Redevelopment Program, Ewing Township, New Jersey, Redevelopment Plan, prepared by L&G Planning dated March 2020, and amended October 2020, created by ordinance prescribing criteria and standards for such redevelopment be and the same is hereby adopted by reference without inclusion of the full text herein; and, such plan shall supersede zoning within the specifically designated redevelopment area.
