Whoever shall destroy, tamper with, deface, despoil, cut, mar, mark or otherwise willfully injure, or shall cause to be destroyed, defaced, despoiled, cut, marred, tampered with, marked or otherwise willfully injured, any police alarm system established in the Village of LeRoy or any alarm boxes which may be established in the future or the wires leading thereto, or who shall send in or cause to be sent in by any other person any alarm calling any officer or officers of said village to said box, unless said officer or officers' services are needed, shall be deemed a disorderly person, and such person shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed $100.

It shall be unlawful to destroy, deface, despoil, cut, mar, mark or tamper with the lock or locks or the wire or wires leading thereto, or otherwise injure or cause to be destroyed, defaced, despoiled, cut, marred, marked or tampered with the lock or locks or the wire or wires leading thereto, or otherwise injure any fire alarm box in the Village of LeRoy.
It shall be unlawful to send in or cause to be sent in an alarm of fire from any of said boxes unless the person or persons sending in such alarm shall know that there is a fire in the vicinity of said box.
It shall be unlawful to take, or cause to be taken, from the box or receptacle in which any key to a fire alarm box is placed the key to said box, except for the purpose of turning in an alarm of fire.
It shall be unlawful to break or cause to be broken the glass in the box or receptacle in which any key to any fire alarm box is placed, except for the purpose of turning in an alarm of fire.
Any persons or person violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100 and, in addition thereto, shall be liable for any damage to property caused by their acts.
