This article shall be known and cited as the "Enforcement Procedures for Town Planning Board Regulations Law" of the Town of Olive.
The purpose of this article is to promote and protect the public health, welfare and safety of the residents of the Town of Olive by providing uniform means of enforcing the Town of Olive Planning Board Regulations.
A violation of any rule or regulation adopted by the Town Planning Board, as consistent with their powers as enumerated in the Town Law, shall be deemed an offense against such rules and regulations.
For any violation of any provision of the Town Planning Board rules and regulations the person violating the same shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

In addition to the above provided penalties and punishment, the Town Board may also maintain an action or proceeding in the name of the town in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance with or restrain by injunction the violation of the rules and regulations adopted by the Town of Olive Planning Board.
Any person or persons, jointly or severally, aggrieved by any decision of the Planning Board concerning such plat may have said decision reviewed by a special term of the Supreme Court in the manner provided by the Civil Practice Law and Rules of the State of New York, provided the proceeding is commenced within 30 days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Planning Board, all as set forth in § 282 of the Town Law.
