The Town Board of the Town of Olive hereby enacts and adopts in its
entirety § 18 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York,
which became effective June 22, 1981, to confer the benefits of said law upon
the employees of such public entity and to be held liable for the cost incurred
under these provisions subject to the provisions of § 18 of the
Public Officers Law.
