The Planning Board shall prepare or cause to be prepared six copies
of a final environmental impact statement (hereinafter referred to as the
"final EIS"), in accordance with the provision of Part 617.
The final EIS shall be prepared within 45 days after the close of any
hearing or within 60 days after the filing of the DEIS, whichever last occurs,
provided that the Planning Board may extend this time limit as necessary to
complete the statement adequately or where problems identified with the proposed
action require material reconsideration.
The Planning Board may assess a fee to defray expenses for a consultant,
if necessary, or for the review of the final EIS, or preparation as set forth
in Part 617.
