Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 735 amending
the Real Property Tax Law and the Village Law to provide villages
with the option of terminating their status as assessing units,[1] the Village of Brewster hereby elects the option of terminating
the status of the Village of Brewster as an assessing unit.

the Village tax on a copy of the appropriate portion of the Town of
Southeast assessment roll.
