No person shall do any of the following upon the public walk-in access area extending from the end of the pavement to Lake Michigan at the end of Foster Road, Stokdyk-Ingelse Road, Van Ess Road and De Witt Road:
A. 
Park any vehicle upon such public area.
B. 
Operate any vehicle upon such public area.
C. 
Use such public area between sunset and sunrise.
D. 
Build any fire in or upon such public area.
E. 
Leave or break any bottle, box, can, garbage or other object.
F. 
Be intoxicated, use profane language or otherwise conduct oneself in a disorderly manner.
G. 
Possess, control or consume any alcoholic beverage.
H. 
Possess or control any glass container.
Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each offense, together with the costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such forfeiture shall be imprisoned in the Sheboygan County Jail until such forfeiture and costs are paid, but not to exceed 30 days. Each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
