In accordance with Section 1104 of the Borough Code of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania,[1] the offices of Secretary and Treasurer may be held by the same
person and henceforth the chapter shall serve as authority to the Borough
Council and other appropriate Borough officers to nominate, constitute and
appoint one person as both the Secretary and the Treasurer of
the Borough.
