§ 135-1 Membership in regional council.

The Borough of Chester Heights elects to be a member of the Delaware County Municipalities Regional Cooperation Council.

§ 135-2 Examination and licensing of plumbers; fee schedule.

The Borough of Chester Heights hereby adopts the policy statement of the Delaware County Municipalities Regional Cooperation Council relative to the examination and testing and licensing of master plumbers and plumbers and adopts the fee schedule set forth in the said policy statement. The policy statement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A"[1] and is made an integral part of this chapter.

§ 135-3 Authorization to enter into agreement for regional standards.

The Borough Council, through its authorized representatives, is hereby authorized to enter into the joint agreement providing for the establishment of regional qualifications and examination of master and journeyperson plumbers and for the reciprocal recognition of licensees.
