Borough of Chester Heights, PA Article III Tax Certifications

§ 166-5 Establishment of fees.

A. A fee of $10 per certification for each tax year certified is hereby established for all tax certifications provided by the Tax Collector.

B. A fee of $10 is hereby established for all duplicate tax bills, data-on-disk, or photocopies of other real estate tax information provided by the Tax Collector. For data-on-disk, the requesting party shall also provide a disk.

C. A fee equal to the actual bank charge plus $10 is hereby established for all checks used in payment of the above fees that are returned by a payor's bank.

§ 166-6 Disposition of fees.

The fees established in § 166-5 shall be payable to the Borough Tax Collector for services provided.
