There is hereby prohibited the use of motor vehicles upon designated
bicycle paths located within the Township of Marlboro. For the purposes of
this article, a "motor vehicle" shall be defined as all vehicles propelled
otherwise than by muscular power.

For each violation of this article, the violator shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties provided in § 4-3 of the Code.
