A.
No person shall allow stable manure to accumulate
in piles in the Village of Hamilton, New York, so as to become a menace
or nuisance, and the same shall be removed at least once a week.
B.
No person, firm or corporation shall spread any stable
manure on any land within the Village of Hamilton unless consent is
obtained in writing from the Board of Trustees of said Village.

No person shall keep or cause to be kept swine, cattle, poultry or waterfowl in the Village of Hamilton, except as may be otherwise permitted under Chapter 174, Zoning, or as otherwise mandated under the authority of the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law.
No person shall use or permit to be used any
building, shed, lot or premises in the Village of Hamilton, New York,
for the purpose of slaughtering animals.
