The compensation to the Tax Collector of the Borough of Honesdale, his or her successor or successors for the collection of all taxes, general or special, due to the Borough of Honesdale is hereby fixed at $2.45 per bill.
The provisions of this article shall become effective for the 2002 tax year.

The Mayor of the Borough Council shall receive the sum of $1,875 per annum.
The President of the Borough Council shall receive the sum of $1,875 per annum.
The Council members of the Borough Council shall receive the sum of $1,750 per annum.
The annual salary of the Mayor, President and Council members shall be paid monthly or quarterly for the duties proposed by the provision of the Act of February 1, 1966[1], as determined from time to time by the Council.
