The Borough of Milton shall, by its properly
authorized officers, enter into Articles of Incorporation to form
the Milton Regional Sewer Authority under the provisions of the Municipality
Authorities Act of 1945, Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, 53 P.S. § 301,
as amended.[1]
