A Recreation Board, to be known as the "Milton Recreation Board," consisting
of seven persons is hereby established.
The members of said Board shall reside within the Borough of Milton
and shall serve without compensation.

Two of the members of the Board shall be members or appointees of the
Board of School Directors of the Milton Area School District and shall reside
within said school district, and the remaining five members shall be appointed
by the Borough Council. The members of the Board shall serve terms of five
years, provided that at least one member's term shall expire annually.
Immediately following the appointment of the members of said Board,
and annually thereafter, the members thereof shall meet and elect their own
Chairman and Secretary and select all other necessary officers to serve for
a period of one year.
Said Board may adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of all business
within its jurisdiction.
