A certain document, two copies of which are on file in the office of the Secretary of the Borough of Milton, being marked and designated as the "BOCA National Plumbing Code, Tenth Edition, 1996," as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the Borough of Milton, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said BOCA National Plumbing Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set forth in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 181-2 of this chapter.
The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
A. 
In Section P-101.1, second line (page 1), insert "Borough of Milton, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania."
B. 
Section P-113.0 and P-113.2 (page 4) of the Plumbing Code of the Borough of Milton is hereby amended by replacing the existing fee schedule for building permits issued in the Plumbing Code with the following fee schedule for building permits issued under the Plumbing Code:

P-113.2 Fee schedule: The fees for all plumbing work shall be as indicated in the following schedule:

C. 
In Section P-116.4, seventh, eighth and ninth lines (page 5), insert "shall be guilty of a summary offense punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment."
D. 
In Section P-117.2, fifth and sixth lines (page 5), insert "a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100, and each day the violation continues after being served shall be deemed a separate offense."
E. 
Section P-304.3 (page 13), is amended to read as follows:
P-304.3 Public systems available: A public water main or public sewer system shall be considered available to a structure where the sewer main is located within 300 feet of the public water main or sewer.
F. 
In Section P-309.4 (page 14), insert "Water service piping should be installed below recorded frost penetration, but not less than four feet zero inches below grade."
G. 
In Section P-309.5 (page 14), insert: "Building sewers shall be a minimum of 54 inches below grade in a trench a minimum of five feet on either side of the water service pipe."
