It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to interfere in any manner with the condition and surface of streets and alleys designated by the Mayor of the Borough of Milton as play highways for sledriding purposes. Such interference with said play highways shall include but not be limited to operating vehicles on said play highways, removing snow from said play highways in any fashion, including shoveling of snow therefrom, depositing and/or throwing material onto said surface of said play highways, placing objects and vehicles thereon and any other manner of obstructing said play highways so as to interfere with the sledriding on said play highways.

Any person found guilty of violating this article shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution for each offense, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days, provided that each day's continuance of a violation after notice thereof shall be a separate offense under this article.
