Permission and consent be and the same hereby is granted to the Pennsylvania Power & Light Company to construct, operate and maintain its electric line, comprising three poles, one anchor guy and overhead wires, together with appurtenant fixtures and apparatus in, upon, over and across property of the Borough of Milton situate along the east side of Brown Street in the Borough of Milton, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, the location of which electric line and appurtenant facilities are indicated in red upon the Pennsylvania Power & Light Company's plan SU-LA 8401 hereto attached and entitled "Proposed Pole Location in Borough of Milton, Northumberland County."
Said electric line and appurtenant facilities shall be installed and maintained in a workmanlike manner, subject to the approval of the proper authorities of the borough, at the location and in accordance with the aforesaid plan.
Said Pennsylvania Power & Light Company, under the supervision of the proper authorities of the Borough of Milton, shall have the right to cut down, trim, remove and keep cut down and trimmed any and all trees, brush or other undergrowth on said property which may at any time interfere with the construction, reconstruction, maintenance or operation of said electric line or menace the same.
Said Pennsylvania Power & Light Company shall have the right of ingress and egress to and from said electric line and appurtenant facilities at all times for any of the purposes aforesaid.
Should said electric line facilities at any time interfere with the borough's use or improvements upon said property, then the Pennsylvania Power & Light Company shall, at its own expense, relocate the same to another mutually satisfactory location on said property so as to avoid such interference.
Said Pennsylvania Power & Light Company shall indemnify and save harmless the Borough of Milton from and against any claim, demand or suit in law or in equity arising from the construction, operation or maintenance of said electric lines and appurtenances.
A certified copy of this ordinance and an acceptance hereof by the Pennsylvania Power & Light Company shall be filed by the Pennsylvania Power & Light Company with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and this ordinance shall thereafter become effective in accordance with the provisions of the Public Utility Law.[1]

The permission and consent hereby granted shall extend to said Pennsylvania Power & Light Company, its successors, assigns and lessees.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
