The Code of the City of Monessen, together with its supplements, amendments
and modifications, is the official catalog of all of the City's current
legislation.
From time to time, whenever the City would further supplement, modify
or adopt new or different ordinances, it shall supplement its Code and provide
copies to its publisher, General Code Publishers, and to the Westmoreland
County Citizens Law Library.

The City of Monessen hereby establishes that the maximum fine for violations
of any provision of the Monessen Code shall be up to $1,000.
