Editor's Note: This ordinance had an effective

The City shall assess a handling fee in the
amount of $35 to each account which the City forwards to its third-party
collection agent for collection of delinquent municipal claims and
taxes due to the City.
In its itemization in each account of claims,
interest, penalty and other charges due the City, the handling fee
shall be specifically itemized and included within the total forwarded
by the City to the third-party agent for collection.
